This 10cm spikey ball by Loumet has been called one of the best spikey balls on the market today. Think of them every time you feel like you need to massage a certain area of the body which is feeling tight or sore. They are used to perform self massage exercises and muscle release techniques, stimulating the effect of a sports massage. It may help rectify complaints such as tightness and general aches and pains. It can also be used to work on trigger points in the body. The spikes on the ball allow for greater stimulation of the muscle at less pain to you, as the surface area is reduced. Most people find spikey balls more comfortable than regular massage balls.
