The Pocket Physio is a smaller massage device that fits perfectly into your palm. It was designed to make it easy to locate and release trigger points in tight muscles, so that you can perform self massage trigger point therapy. This tool is best used for the smaller points of your body, where the muscles aren't as large. For example, the neck and elbow. The pocket physio is smaller than your average massage ball or tool, so it is best suited to those smaller areas of your body.

The pocket physio comes in many colours - blue, purple, pink, orange and green.
